By using this website and by ordering a sculpture you accept these terms and conditions and you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Returns policy
You may send a sculpture back to me within seven days of receipt, provided it is in a saleable condition and packed in the original packaging.
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.

Product information
All sculptures are available until the edition is sold out. It rarely happens that one and the same sculpture is ordered by several people at the
same time but it is possible.

All intellectual property rights concerning designs, the contents of this website and all material on it are owned by Ragonda IJtsma.

You have no permission to:
-Frame this website within any other website.
-Sell, rent, redistribute or sub-license material from the website.
-Reproduce, duplicate, copy or download material from this website.
-Republish material from this website.
-Edit or otherwise modify any material on the website.

Liability
Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude my liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from my negligence or the negligence of possible servants, agents or employees.
I will not be liable for any loss of revenue, or any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out or in connection with this agreement.
I have no liability of any sort for the acts or omissions of providers of telecommunications services or faults in or failures of their network and equipment.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold me and possible employees
and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your breach of any of these terms.

Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of The Netherlands and any dispute concerning
use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Dutch courts.
